LGBTQ, son of Belgian immigrants, born in Canada, actor, singer, director, playwright, producer, television host, Huffington Post blogger, publisher, editor, talk show host, and author of two memoirs: Father’s Touch and No One Wants To Read That You’re Happy. Documentary filmmaker, cat lover, Canadian, appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 2010.
