Two crooks, with serious financial problems, decide to commit a robbery on the Lord's Day inside a house inhabited by an elderly married couple. They wait until the two elderly people have gone to Sunday mass to break into the house. What they will find in the home of the two devoted owners will go far beyond their imagination.

Director's biography - Matteo Scarfò
Matteo Scarfò is an Italian film director born on 16 October 1986. He has been interested in making cinema since he was a child, and is mainly a self-taught filmmaker. He holds an MA in British Literature. In 2013 he made his first short film, “Sci-fi pills”, a work inspired by the existential visions of science fiction writer Philip K. Dick.
