Based on the dystopian novel of the same name written by Anthony Burgess in 1962, it prefigures, leaning on a sociological and political style, a society devoted to exasperated violence, especially among young people, and to a conditioning of systematic thought. In an unspecified future, in the London metropolis, lives the young Alexander "Alex" DeLarge, an eccentric, antisocial boy from a working-class family and leader of the criminal gang of the Drughi, whose members, in addition to himself, are Pete, Georgie and Dim. The four spend their free time engaging in sex, theft and ultraviolence. The gang's meeting point is the local Korova Milk Bar, where you can consume more milk, that is milk enhanced with mescaline and other drugs.
